PERMANENT ID NUMBERS
Above is the link to all of the existing Permanent ID Numbers. If an athlete knows their number from last year, it is the same this year and will be the same for future meets!
Our Permanent ID Numbers were previously called Competitor numbers. We changed the title so that athletes will know that once we give this number, it will remain their number for all future All-Comers Meets.
If an athlete DOES NOT have a number already, please CLICK HERE to fill out a form to have an Permanent ID Number issued to you.
How are these Permanent ID Numbers used and why are they important?
We give an athlete an individual number and then enter that number and athlete's name, age and gender (also Track Club if the athlete is a member of one) into our computer database. Once the athlete has their number, the athlete will enter the number on all of their event cards (also called seed cards). When we enter in results, we just need to type in that number, and the computer will enter the athlete's name and other information automatically. This saves a huge amount of time during the meet and greatly reduces the chance of errors. It also allows us to post results very quickly. This system also means that the athlete's data will always be updated and their age will be automatically adjusted when their birthday occurs.
